Class Number Two- “Are You Savory Or Sweet”

March 27th @ 3pm-6pm. #002 $35 a person and class is limited to the first 10 students.

So, which one are you? More and more Ice Creams and Gelatos are being made from savory foods-sweet potatoes, Basil, Bacon, Balsamic Vinegar, Black Pepper, Black  Sesame Seed, to name a few. Spring is coming and the bounty of produce at the Farmer’s Market to be found will be beautiful!! Come join Dave, The Gelato-ologist, and learn how to make a “wicked” Candied Bacon and Egg Ice Cream. After putting it together you will be the one to spin it then try it! Brilliant!! Sample some other savory treats like Basil Gelato, and have an all around grand time!! Lots of tasting with take home recipe. (Hands on class) Limited to 10 students. ($35 a person)

”Whats The Real Difference Between Gelato and Ice Cream?”

Saturday March 20th, @ 3pm-6pm. A “first class” special rate will apply$ 35.00 (a person) and there will only be room for the first 10 people who sign up.

You will join me on a creamy adventure in making gelato and ice cream with machines you can use at home. Tasting and talking. We will discuss the differences between the two including: Nutrition, texture, taste, air, fat, sugars, etc. The class will then partake in the making of a gelato and ice cream, spin it and then taste the difference for themselves. The attendees will receive recipes to take home. Guaranteed to be a sweet time! (Hands on class) $35.00 a person.
