FLAVORS AND AVAILABILITY
Remember we make all our gelatos and sorbettos in small batches to order. Some flavors are seasonal and some are made only when ordered. If something you ordered will not be available right away we will contact you with details. If there is something you would like that is not on the list please don’t hesitate to contact us at david@o-gelato.com or call 505-577-5008. We will make every effort to help you with your request.
DELIVERY DETAILS
We offer free delivery inside of Santa Fe, NM city limits. If you live outside of Santa Fe we offer pick-up at our lab. We have a retail store coming soon.
Santa Fe – free home delivery is after 3:00PM on Mondays-Friday, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available upon request. Please email us in advance to make arrangements.
Orders for out of town are shipped Monday-Wednesday each week and will typically arrive Tuesday-Friday, during the day. Orders placed after 10:00AM CMT on Wednesday will likely be shipped the following week.
We strongly recommend that you notify recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item. Item will be left on the front porch or similar location.
Please confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery (even if they are not present when it is delivered) and that the delivery address is correct. If you need to have your order received on a specific date please call or e-mail us, and we will do our best to meet your needs. An additional shipping charge applies if overnight or Saturday shipping is required to meet your needs.
If you have any last minute requests, such as Saturday delivery, please call us and we will do our best to meet your needs. An additional shipping charge would apply.
You should receive an e-mail with the shipping tracking number so that you may be able to track your ice cream order.
DRY ICE
There will be enough dry ice included in your shipment to last for several hours after delivery. Please handle dry ice with care.
OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Shipping outside of the United States is not available at this time.
RETURNS
Please be advised we do not accept returns on shipped items. Make sure someone will be available to receive the gelato especially in the warmer summer months.
CLASSES AND CANCELATION POLICIES
Once your class has been reserved, please mark it on your calendar. We do not send out reminders. All classes must be pre-paid to hold your space.
If you need to cancel your reservation, for any reason, you must notify us 7 days in advance to receive a refund or class credit. If you cannot attend on late notice, you may send someone in your place. We reserve the right to cancel any class do to insufficient enrollment. We will contact you by phone and refund your fee or issue you a class or store credit. Class length is noted in each class description.
Class fees include: recipes, instructions, samplings and fun.
