Weekend update~ It’s official, baking all night and we now have cookies!!! I have been recipe testing , in the Lab, and it has come down to several great cookies we will use for our Gelato Sandwiches. They are so good and yummy by themselves we just could not resist in offering them on their own. They are listed on our Flavor page and soon to be on the order page. Along with these cookies I have designed a Fortune Cookie with an “Ancient Japanese Secret Dipping Cream”. Handmade with all the love and best ingredients I can find(just like our gelato) these cookie are the “Bomb”. Cookies with or without gelato~makes perfect sense to me! The Fortune Cookies are fun~handmade with a customized hand written fortune inside, they are perfect for any occasion~Weddings, Birthdays, Valentines, Engagements, Special Occasions, Gallery Openings, and just because. The “Ancient Japanese Secret Dipping Cream ” that is included is truly the “Cats Meow” Kind of citrusee/ sweet with a little tartness on the end notes. Time to get back into the kitchen~orders to fill for Monday~more to come!! Till Then.

Hope the weekend was good to you. As you can see we have been busy. Shelby has been working her little heart out on the site this weekend-bless her sole! It is really starting to look fantastic!!! It should be a little easier to navigate and get to where you want to be. Brilliant! We have a few new pages added, Frequently Asked Questions-Classes-and the Buy Now page. The “New” Gelato Sandwiches, Dave’s Dozen Gelato sandwich Pack , and Gelato Of The Month Club are just a few of the new items, only available directly through us, on the new Buy Now page.We are now offering shipping outside of Santa Fe-we have had so many requests to ship we thought it was the right thing to do. And don’t forget always FREE delivery in side Santa Fe City limits! It is looking pretty smart and still under construction so please bare with us. If you like do some surfing on the site and give us some feed back on if its working for you. So by weeks end we should have things polished up and running smooth. Rockin Raspberry Gelato is in the La Montanita Coop if you want to try it-went by there tonight and saw two pints left! Today was beautiful, almost 51 degrees- tomorrow they are calling for snow with a high of 37. Spring time in Santa Fe-you gatta love it!
