O-Gelato

Hi Guys,

So, right first things first-a BIG thank you and respect goes out to Bob Quick of the Santa Fe New Mexican News Paper- he wrote a nice little pice about our dreams here, in Santa Fe, with the new little gelateria. Thanks Bob. Beautiful!!! So it’s late and I am having trouble sleeping…I find myself thinking back to when our oldest, Bryn, was born 10 years ago. I find myself tonight cleaning and re cleaning things at the little gelateria. Moving things here then over there. Tummy full of butterfly’s and the hair on the back of my neck keeps raising.  Lovely! Nervous?-you betcha!! Excited?-even more so. Brilliant!! We are hoping that, you, Santa Fe will enjoy our new little “baby” that we are soon to open. It’s all about family, community, real, making things from scratch, socializing, people watching, and gathering. We moved some benches closer to the gelateria tonight and in the next couple of days they will have some beautiful hand made tables and chairs for the outside of the shop so you can gather, meet new friends and even (if you have to) get on the wi-fi (we will have free wi-fi for you out side the gelateria). Once again Big Thanks to all of our supporters-the “Magic” is here!! Superb!!! Time to go pace a little more…;)

Hi Guys,

This is a late night update- just finishing up for the night. We are moving to Italy, we found this little Gelateria (picture above) for sale in the same little town,  in Naples,  that I lived in when I was younger. We have sold every thing we own and have bought the little place -sight unseen-. Shelby has never lived outside the US and she said lets give it a go!…………….……………………………………………………………………………..APRIL FOOLS ha,ha.

We are NOT MOVING from Santa Fe. Just wanted to see if anyone was paying attention out there for April 1st. We are looking and working very hard right now to secure a retail shop right here in Santa Fe,NM. We hope to have something secured by the beginning of summer-it is truly a lot of hard work. All of you out there that follow us-we can not wait until we have a little retail shop to call home and invite all of you in for some incredible gelato, coffee and other surprises!! Brilliant!! Shelby and I are working day and night on new creations of shear  indulgent pleasure! Beautiful!! So- that’s it for tonight I’m off to bed, it’s going to be a late night tomorrow night -I have over 15 gallons to spin!! Good night Santa Fe! Lovely-
